Went for makeup with leechelle, she is a really nice woman but lord she is not experienced! the eyebrows were half down my nose, my whole face was bright pink because she doesn’t know how to blend blush, she put on about 6 layers of foundation! the eyes were not blended either, she charged me £25 for this?? it looks as if i just got a 7 year old to to my makeup. the only person i recommend in this place is Leah. She did my makeup before and i loved it. The only experienced and determined girl there.
Went today for a cut and colour and was very impressed. Leah did my hair beautifully. My hair was a mess and dry when I went in and an array of colours. Leah talked through the options asked what I wanted but also gave me her opinion and helped me to pick colours using the colour chart. The end result was amazing! I am so happy with my hair, I didn't believe it could look so good. Definitely be back Leah! Whilst I was getting my hair done I also had a gel polish from Jamie-Lee and I was also delighted with my nails. Love the nail art and design. Lovely salon and lovely staff!
I was booked in for Balayage, toner, blow dry and style by Leah and a Full package Dermaplaning facial by Leeanne. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Leeanne talked me through my skins needs and gave me her professional opinion and recommendations on skincare. My face feels so soft and has an amazing glow like never before. Thank you so much Leeanne. I had been so nervous changing hairdressers since I had moved, but I’m so happy with my hair. Leah talked me through all of my options and gave me a variety of all colours. She put so much effort into perfecting my hair, it really shows she has so much talent. Thank you so much Leah. I’d recommend these girls to anyone. You will not have a bad skin or hair day with these two. Thanks again girls!
Had my hair done by Leah and couldn't have been happier with the results. Got a full balayage, Leah took me through all my options and gave suggestions and I left with my hair looking and feeling amazing! Will definitely only go the Glambox now for my hair, 100% trust Leah with my hair!
Didn't have a good experience. The girl who cut my hair, Ashley, was a nice girl but did not appear to have much experience. She cut my hair far too short at the back, contrary to my request and when I got home and looked at the back of my hair, it was not good. One side shorter than the other (which is very obvious in short hair) and one side had not been layered at all. I had to get another hairdresser to try to improve it without taking too much off, but obviously she couldn't replace the chunk which had been taken off behind my ear. I went back to let them know I was upset and Ashley's response was "you'll have to book another appointment". Whaaat - that was the last thing I wanted. Spoke to the owner/manager who again was pleasant but her response was "I'm not a hairdresser so I can't comment"!. IT WAS ASHLEIGH I SPOKE TO WHEN I RETURNED TO THE SALON AND SHE SAID I WOULD HAVE TO MAKE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT. SHE DIDN'T EVEN ASK TO SEE WHAT WAS THE PROBLEM. I THEN ASKED THE GIRL ON THE DESK IF THE MANAGER WAS IN AND THEREAFTER SPOKE TO LEEANE.
